The Ensemble Español toured Spain for the first time in honor of their 40th anniversary in 2016, and received rave reviews and standing ovations in both The Fuenlabrada Theater (Fuenlabrada) and the Marquina Theater (Madrid).
Company dancers participated in a master class at the renowned Antonio Gades Studio, and fulfilled an organizational dream to perform in Spain.
Special thank you to Juan Mata, Ana Gonzalez, founding members of the Ballet Nacional de España, Luis Lorente of Ficcion Creative, Paloma Gomez and Christian Lozano, former principals of the Ballet Nacional de España, and legendary master of Flamenco, Carmela Greco.
